If you elect to terminate your membership you need to delete your profile on the site by using the appropriate link on the Home page of your account. e-International Dating may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without informing you about it. If e-International Dating terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the fees you paid to e-International Dating. Even in a case where your membership has been terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect and you agree to be legally bound by its terms and conditions. In a case where you are unhappy with the service or product that you purchased from the Site, e-International Dating will, at its option, replace or repair it, or refund it, such request to be made not later than 60 days after the purchase date.
The site is for personal use of individual users only and may not be used for any other purpose than meeting a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage. If you do not intend to meet a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage, you must refrain from using the site. Any other use of the site is strictly prohibited. Your visible profile on the site may not include any contact information or advertise any services, including without limitation, your email or postal addresses, phone or fax numbers, user names or user ID's on other websites, names or addresses of Internet websites or links to other websites. e-International Dating reserves the right to delete or remove any content posted by you from the site and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the site, at any time if e-International Dating have a cause to do so (including, without limitation, our good faith belief that you have violated this Agreement) without prior notice or liability to you or anyone else.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when using the site, and in communication with other members. You agree not to use the site for any illegal activities. You agree not to transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members, harass, abuse, solicit, or advertise to any member. You agree not to pursue any goals of monetary gain through the contacts originated from the use of the site and hereby confirm that you are aware that such use will be considered as a breach of this Agreement. Although e-International Dating cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the site, it is also a breach of this Agreement to use any contacts entered through the site for any illegal activities, abusing, harassing or harming another person.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. e-International Dating accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes you may have with other members. e-International Dating may, in its sole discretion, monitor such disputes but it is not obliged to do so.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.

OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. E-International Dating, ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES,
AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY
DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU OR ANYBODY ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY
INFORMATION OR SERVICE THAT YOU OBTAINED OR PURCHASED FROM E-International Dating, AS WELL AS ITS
AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND ADVERTISERS. E-International
